Delete Results

The manager can delete individual results after respondents have started their test.

To delete respondent results:

  1. Click the Results menu on the left side of the Management module; the Results page appears.
  2. From the Group list, select the group whose individual respondent results you want to delete.
  3. A summary of results for the group’s respondents appears in the List of respondents who started the test.
  4. Select the check box for the respondent username(s) whose results you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the selected result(s). The results for these respondants in the group are deleted.
    NOTE: When you delete respondents' results using the Delete command, the tests are still invoiced.

Delete results by authorizing a respondant to retake the test: 

When you authorize a respondent to retake the test, the results of the first test are deleted. In this case, the second test for the respondent isn't invoiced.
