Manager Profile

The TPLS administrator at the CCDMD creates the subscription Manager Profile to facilitate invoicing. The profile can be modified by the manager on the Subscription page of the Management module.

  1. In the Username field, change the Manager's username if needed. Changing this field affects your login to the Management module. Make sure that you take note of the new username; you will need it when you log in the next time.
  2. If required, change the First Name, Last Name, or Email address in the appropriate fields.
  3. If you want to change the password, type the new password in the Password field. Changing this field affects your login to the Management module. Make sure that you take note of the new password; you will need it when you log in the next time.
    NOTE: Passwords are case-sensitive , must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one letter and one number.
  4. Re-type the new password in the Confirm the password field.
  5. You can also enter the optional title, telephone, and language information in the appropriate fields.The Language field determines the default language of the platform interface when you log in. You can change it at any time.
  6. Click Save.
